GoCentral by SS&C launches to optimize the company's fund administration offering using AI
Launching to SS&C's customers on March 9th, 2022, the GoCentral platform will optimize office services by implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and Business Process Re-Engineering. The software package aims to be a novel exception management tool to optimize front, middle, and back-office service at financial institutions. The program is also focused on corporate resiliency, a feature which many businesses are seeking after the rollercoaster months following the COVID-19 pandemic. SS&C's ultimate goals with GoCentral are to strengthen transparency into fund operations and to reduce client risk by creating role-based access along with workflows.
