The company highly values diversity within its workforce
The company finds importance in maintaining diversity in the workplace. As of March 23, 2020, the company implemented an updated diversity policy, which includes changes related to employment of veterans, ethnicity, cultural background, age, gender and numerous other factors. This Diversity Policy can be found on the company’s website. Moreover, objectives relating to gender diversity as well as other forms of diversity can be found in Section 6 of the Policy. Specifically related to gender diversity, the company’s management team have focused on improving its female workforce participation.
