Central Plains Water Limited purports to be the principal as opposed to the agent, with respect to the provision of stored water from NZ power company, Trustpower. The Group's shareholders have no contractual relationship with Trustpower. Central Plains Water Limited is primarily responsible for getting the water to its customers.

The assets used by Central Plains Water Limited to generate operating revenue include:

Central Plains Water Limited derives revenue from two primary sources
