National Vision extends partnership with Walmart
National Vision recently amended its existing Management and Services Agreement with Walmart, extending the current term of the agreement by three years until February 23, 2024. Walmart and National Vision have had a long-term partnership of over 30 years and part of the amendment is that the Management and Services Agreement will automatically extend unless either company provides notice of the end of the agreement. National Vision operators 231 Vision Centers inside select Walmart Locations. In January 2020, the company completed the transition to its management of five additional vision centers.
