Completed combination of GE Capital Aviation Services with AerCap Holdings N.V.

In November 2021, it completed its combination of GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) with AerCap Holdings N.V. (AerCap). Upon completing the transaction General Electric received $22.6 billion in cash, as well as 111.5 million shares of AerCap valued at $6.6 billion.
