It maintains its facilities in Houston, Texas; Anchorage, Alaska; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Bogota, Colombia; Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; and Sandnes, Norway. The firm was incorporated in Bermuda on December 11, 2001. Its headquarters are located in Hamilton, Bermuda.
