Coors earns top score in Human Rights Campaign’s equality poll
January 27th, 2022 Coors has proudly announced its score of 100% in Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) 2022 Corporate Equality Index. The Index, first established in 2002, measures corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Coors’ score comes months after the company announced the success of its Tap Into Change program, which raised upwards of $100,000 for LGBTQ+ organizations.
ESGIn response to volatile demand in the wake of the first COVID-19 surge, the company undertook a comprehensive cost reduction program, aimed at shoring up labor and supply costs.
