In their 2020 ESG highlights, Compass Minerals highlighted their performance across their environmental, workforce and community initiatives. In 2020, the company decreased their freshwater intensity by 13.0% year of year and saw a 6.0% drop in scope 3 emissions year over year. Employee turnover fell by 20.0%, total case incident rate dropped by 16.0% and employee training increased by 3.0%. Additionally, the company donated more than $350,000 to their communities through Compass Minerals Cares.
