About this Report

This report is intended to assist buyers of roll-fed label printing. Roll-fed labels are fed into packaging machines and rapidly affixed onto products. These labels are commonly placed on containers that are rectangular, square or cylindrical and made of plastic, metal or glass. Roll-fed labels wrap entirely around the containers to which they are affixed and the ends of the labels are fused where they meet. Providers in this market include diversified packaging suppliers and specialized label suppliers. These suppliers either purchase unprinted labels and then custom print them for buyers, or they manufacture the labels themselves before printing them. This report does not include unprinted roll-fed labels, pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeve labels or cut and stack labels.
