James joined IBISWorld in 2008 and has held multiple roles supporting lenders, credit and risk professionals at commercial banks. James supports IBISWorld’s partner banks by exposing bankers to the importance of industry information in pursuance of building and maintaining profitable customer relationships. 

Mulvihill received his BA in Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. James has been published in ABA’s Commercial Insights
