The Policy Banks industry in China refers to China's three policy banks. These are the China Development Bank, Agricultural Development Bank of China and the Export-Import Bank of China. The three policy banks in China were established in 1994 to undertake the policy operations of China's state-owned professional banks and to promote the export of mechanical and electrical products.

There are only three players in this industry: China Development Bank (CDB), Agriculture Development Bank of China (ADBC) and the Export-Import Bank of China (EIBC). The market share concentration of this industry is therefore high.
