Allianz hybrid work model will help attract top talent
In November 2021, Allianz joined the World Economic Forum Partnership for New Work Standards. Business models and employee/employer relations are in the process of a major post COVID-19 shift. The partnership aims to establish “new benchmarks for a health, resilient and equitable future”. Allianz announced a new hybrid working model, offering a minimum of 40% remote work for employees. The company also plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from business travel per employee by 15% by 2025. While rethinking their labor force and working model, Allianz becomes an attractive place to work for top talent from around the world.
